Ride requests are subject to availability and are confirmed once scheduling is complete. Insurance coverage and payment eligibility must be verified before service.

Medicabs respects your privacy and is committed to safeguarding the personal and health information entrusted to us. We use information as needed to coordinate transportation, communicate about your ride, process payment, and meet legal obligations. When HIPAA applies, we handle protected health information in accordance with applicable requirements and agreements.
