1. Our Services
Medicabs provides non-emergency medical transportation. We do not provide emergency response, medical diagnosis, or treatment. For a medical emergency, call 911.
2. Ride Requests & Confirmation
All transportation requests are subject to availability and our ability to accommodate the rider’s needs. Submitting a website form does not confirm a reservation. Your ride is confirmed when Medicabs confirms the scheduling details directly with you.
3. Accurate Information
Please provide accurate contact information, pickup and destination addresses, appointment times, and transportation assistance needs. Notify us promptly of changes so we can coordinate appropriate service.
4. Pricing & Payment
Rates, payment arrangements, and any applicable additional charges will be explained before booking confirmation. Insurance or third-party payment is subject to eligibility, authorization, and coverage verification. Any amount owed by the rider will be explained before service.
5. Cancellations & Changes
Contact Medicabs as soon as possible to cancel or reschedule. Any cancellation, no-show, waiting-time, or refund policy applicable to your ride will be disclosed before booking confirmation.
6. Pickup Times & Delays
We strive to provide timely transportation. Traffic, weather, road conditions, and other circumstances may affect pickup and arrival times. We will communicate known delays and coordinate changes when possible.
7. Rider Safety
Riders must follow reasonable safety instructions, including use of required seat belts and wheelchair securement equipment. Please discuss mobility assistance, accompanying caregivers, or other accommodations when booking. Unsafe or threatening conduct may result in interruption or cancellation of service, consistent with applicable law.
8. Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information. Please do not submit medical records or sensitive health information through general website forms. Contact us to discuss an appropriate way to share information needed for your ride.
9. Website Use
Use this website only for lawful purposes. Do not submit fraudulent requests, interfere with website operations, or copy Medicabs-owned content without permission.
10. Updates to These Terms
We may update these terms by posting a revised version with a new effective date. Changes will apply prospectively and will not alter an already confirmed booking without agreement.
